Pathway to Teaching - We promise to authorize your download within 24 hours of notification of your order. If for any reason you are unable to download your copy of the PDF e-book, please contact Teacher Express to explain. If a working link cannot be established, we will utilize alternative methods to deliver the digital content that was ordered.
Application Review - We promise to communicate directly with you within 24 hours of notification of your order to explain how you may share copies of your cover letter, resume, and Standard Teaching Application with us. We promise to treat each document in complete confidence and never knowingly share any of your information with any other party. Further, we will use the Review feature of Word or other means to annotate and share recommended changes to your documents. If recommended changes in your cover letter and resume are submitted in new applications unchanged and do not elicit positive responses (inquiries for more information or invitations for interviews) within two months after delivery, please contact Teacher Express to explain. We may offer to review and revise your documents again at at no additional cost to you.
Virtual Practice Interview - We promise to communicate with you within 24 hours of notification of your order to schedule a virtual interview at your convenience using the device (cell phone, FaceTime, Zoom) of your choosing. We will share information to download necessary software or apps if required. We promise to initiate the communication at the scheduled time and date and to conduct the practice interview as described. The interview will last about 30 minutes and with your permission, will be recorded for educational purposes. All interview content - live or recorded - will be treated confidentially and will never knowingly be shared with any other party. If recorded, we will share the recording (mp3) with the client for personal reflection. We also promise to offer feedback regarding the interview - highlighting both areas regarded as strengths and needs - either by phone or by email. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the service. If you feel that the terms of this service have not been fulfilled, please contact Teacher Express to explain. We may offer to repeat the same service at another time at no additional cost to you.
Personal Consultation - We promise to be engaged listeners as we seek to understand your story, questions, issues, and challenges. We further promise to respond in a professional manner, confidentially recommending suggestions and/or actions that, based upon our experience, would seem to be suitable and effective. Our recommendations and alternatives, offered live over telephone or online chat channels, will be supported by best practices and professional experience. Although we cannot guarantee that these actions will actually produce the desired outcomes (all hiring decisions are made by outside agencies), we promise to counsel and advise clients to develop and employ actions that are likely to produce favorable results.
