To us, teaching is the most important job in the world today
and we work hard to place responsible, bright and caring educators
in these crucial roles. At the very same time, we are also committed
to helping individual educators fulfill their dreams to become
teachers.
It is no secret that there are far more applicants than vacant

job search efforts of our clients. The Founder and Job Coach, Tom Mitchell, received a Ph.D. in Ed. Admin. from Penn State and has extensive experience
in the classroom and a variety of administrative roles. As a classroom teacher, Department Head, Principal, and central office Curriculum Administrator, he has screening applications, interviewing,
and hired many teachers and administrators. It is obvious that Dr. Mitchell shares
this experience with applicants through all products
